Can you please help me find a great knife sharpener?
All of my knives are dull. I have tried that roller thing with the gray stone in the middle, but it isn't effective. Please let me know what you use.

a carbon rod and a sharpening stone. The roller stuff is crap, you are correct. The electric sharpeners will eat up your blade. Do it the old fashioned way with a whetstone and rod. hone at 20 degree blade angle and then final pass on rod at 45 degrees to get the final sharpness.
