What is the best Knife sharpener money can buy buy?
What is the best Knife sharpener on the market?? Im looking for one that will sharpen all kinds of kitchen knives and pocket knives. One that's not very expensive and that will put the PERFECT edge on a knife. I have one of those Accu sharp things. It works ok but i want something more "professional". I also have a LANSKY KNIFE SHARPENING SYSTEM but its not all that good either. If anyone know a GOOD knife sharpener like im looking for please let me know what kind to buy, how much it costs and where to get it. Thanks
Agree with Denni, Steel. I use mine on knives, scissors, anything with an edge that needs sharpening. http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?_adv_prop=image&fr=ush-ans&va=steel+knife+sharpener&sz=all Those "pre-set" gadgets you just drag a knife through don't put a fine edge on blades, probably do more harm than good, never had any luck with them. But if you pick any knife in my kitchen you can shave with it.
