I'm trying to pawn off a Knife and a Machete?

I have a basic pocket knife with a good blade that locks that a buddy of mine gave me. It has brown wood and silver on the case. The blade is sharp, but it only has one blade. How much money am I looking to get for it at a pawn shop? I also have a machete that my buddy gave me. He doesn't want them anymore. I don't know how to describe the machete or look it up. Any information on both of these items will be helpful. Thanks.

How much you get for the knife depends a lot on who made it. Look up the maker, If it was made in China. cost more in gas to drive to the pawn shop than you will get.
About the same thing for the machete. Will help if is pre WWII
