shaving thick pencil eyeliner?
i have a thick white eyeliner and i need to shave it so it becomes pointed again.
can someone tell me how to shave it without a pencil sharpener.
like maybe with a knife??
i tried it with a knife but it shaved off the actual white eyeliner part...
get an eyeliner sharpener, any other way wont work as well. A knife would just give the pencil nicks, or make it crumbly. You can buy a sharpener at the dollar store or at CVs, anywhere really.
