I cut my self with a knife found in the street, should I be worried?

Ok so i was trying to take the safety off this lighter with a knife my friend had found. I cut my self, not too bad but it bleed for sure. Then I started thinking oh shit AIDS. The knife has been sitting in his room for like 9 months so i figured IF there was any trace of some one else blood the AIDS virus cant still hurt me but i am not sure so should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry about AIDS so much but definitely talk to your Dr. about it. You might get an AIDS test and a tetanus shot just to be safe. Make sure you clean it with soap and water and use some peroxide to get rid of any infection and a little antibiotic cream if necessary as well.
