where in west or south yorkshire can i get some used gurkha knives restored from WW2?
my partners late father as given two used combat knives and their cutlery by a dying gurkha. my partner would like to get them restored as they are rusty and the leather holders are worn.
i have searched high and low under lots of search options for restoration but cannot find anything apart from basic cutlery restoration!!! i have searched under antique, combat, knife restoration but have had no joy.
can anyone suggest a specialist who would do this? is their a specific name for them?
