Please help me choose a knife sharpener?
I did a search and there are already similar topics to mine, but I have specific criteria.
1)First, it must be affordable. Something around $70 or preferably less.
2)Must be reliable - no reason to spend money on something that will wear out a few months from purchase and require a replacement. I need this thing to last at least a year.
3)Should be able to handle both the regular and serrated edges. (I have some kitchen knives and some fishing knives.
I seen some people suggesting a set of sharpening stones, but I dont know how to use these properly.

They make a sharpener that is also a can opener. It has 2 wheels that keep the blade center. They have a slot that you sharpen both the right side and LH side equally. The one I got is about 39.00. It works great for a person that can't use stones, or a file. Honestly a bastard mill file and a honing stone would work well, of you knew how to use then. Both only cost about 20.00. Either way good luck
