I bought a composite ceramic knife. How do I sharpen it?
My grinding wheel doesn't, and it laughs at my sharpening stone.
DMT makes a sharpening device that is impregnated with Diamond. They can be purchased at most sporting goods stores both on and offline. Small ones are around 20dollars. Natural stones are too soft for sharpening ceramics.
