Looking for a good knife set?
I'm looking for a quality knife set thats pretty inexpensive. I hate trying to prep food with the crappy walmart knives I have no matter how much I sharpen them they are dull instantly
I have the Calphalon Katana's which have Damascus blades and have been very happy with them. A full set will have an MSRP of $299.00, if you buy them at Bed Bath & Beyond with one of their 20% coupons you will save about $60.00. I was also given as a gift a couple of the Kohl's Food Network Damascus blade knives which are also holding their edge well but don't know if they come in sets. Another thought is Ceramic blade knives, they hold an edge well but they are also easy to chip and break.
