I am making pumpkin pie. But I dont don;t know if I am supposed to use farenhiet or celcius while backing. The recipe says:
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, and then at 325 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Bake at F.
C ovens don't go that high.
