This is it:
Suspect was found in the kitchen lying on her back on the floor. The kitchen table chair was turned on its side. Blood was coming from her wrist and a small pool of blood was near her hand. The murder weapon was also found on the floor near her hand with blood on it. Knife holder on counter showed a missing knife.
Blood trail was found going from the kitchen to the living room. There was a lamp that has fallen on the floor next to the victims feet. The victim was found lying on the rug between the chair and sofa on her left side.
Looks good except a verb tense change when you say "WAS a lamp that HAS fallen". Should be had, or simply 'fell'
