If i cut my wrists how deep or how do i make it bleed? i was using a knife but i am only making slight marks?

I don't know how to best address this over the Internet. I think the best idea is to find a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist who can help you figure out your feelings. I
would also talk to your parents, grandparents, loved ones - anyone who loves you and can support you in this time in your life.
Think of Five reasons why you should not cut yourself. Write them down and keep them somewhere close to you. Think of 5 people who love you who don't want you to cut yourself.
Sometimes, people get pleasure out inducing pain on themselves. With the help of a psychologist or psychiatrist, other ways of achieving similar or better feelings can be discovered, in ways which do not involve hurting yourself. All the good feelings you get, or attention you receive, or whatever enjoyment you get from cutting yourself can also be achieved by other means. But you most likely will not discover those ways alone, or in a support group over the internet.
There are so many people that want to help. Don't be afraid to ask for help. But it is best to do in person. I would recommend staying away from websites that encourage behavior that injuries you.
