Ceramic Knives...?
What are the best brands? and what are the pros and cons of using them vs. steel
All of them are good, I am a former chef and bought one years ago in Japan, only thing is they need special treatment when it comes to sharpening them, they last for years but to find a place that does it is hard, my Kyocera, has a lifetime warranty, and I can mail it to have done, hopefully it come back, with all this terrorist B.S going on.
There not cheap either so if your going to make an investment into one, make sure you will use it, I have a 6 inch chef's knife type.
