The best knife sharpener. Chef's choice or Master Grade?

I'm in the meat cutting business and I use Forschner granton knives. I would like to know which electric sharpener is better: the Chef's choice 130 or Master Grade. If there are other better than these two please let me know. Any input is appreciated. Thank you.
