what special forces have the best knife fighting training?
what do you guys think. it came to me after watching the hunted.
i'm a marine riflemen and we just get basic knife training in MCMAP
Ah, as Gerald stated about the Philippine martial arts, the Filipino army should be very sufficient in knife defense, especially in Eskrima. Although the Israeli special forces is where Krav Maga was originally taught and it has a good defense against disarming knife wielders and gun-men alike.
Although I'm not a valid judge, I would say most special forces units around the world would have very similar training and the average soldier from each force should be on par with each other.
However I do hear good things about the SAS.
