Sharpening a snowboard?
I want to sharpen my snowboard. I have two files(regular ones for wood and metal, one is a little finer than the other). I also have a swix soft gummistone. Can I use just those two things? Do I have to buy a diamond stone and an file holder? How do i go about this? I've never done it before (and don't wanna have someone else do it, i want to learn.) but have found some youtube videos. Steps please? Basically I just need the order in which to use everything.
oh I also have a knife sharpening stone...would that be okay to use instead of the diamond stone?
can i sharpen skis the same way i sharpen a board?
It's pretty simple actually, just need a file and preferably a file guide, decide what you want you bevel to be at and get at it with the guide, it's simple.
