Where can you find a proffesional Chef's knife carry case?
My mom is a professional cook, and as a gift I would love to track down an online place where I could find a knife carry case. The ones she has pointed out to me on the food network look like they're made of leather, they unroll into a long flat square that has numerous long pockets to stash different sizes of knives in them. Some come with knives included, but she already has her favourite knives so I just need a neat case to store them in.
I have looked for website, but many seem pretty bogus, so I was hoping someone has some favourite online stores.

i wish there was somthing local. i live in rural Canada and the nearest actual store is several hours away, and even then it is in a mall and tiny, and focuses more on cutlery and place settings than actual cooking supplies
I havent seen any really cool ones for sale in knife shops, never looked online. Id look at Ebay to get the best variety possible. Google image search can come up with optiions too. They are simply fabric that they slide into and fold over. Ill look and edit if I find something cool. Very nice gift thought since shes a chef!
