Best and most precise knife sharpener?

I'm a knife fanatic. I love them. I have all kinds from Leatherman, Gerber, CRKT, Benchmade, Ontario, Old Timer, you name it. I'm looking for the best sharpener that will give a perfectly even edge that won't scratch up the blade. I'm looking at this one. Plus it has to be portable. Not a gigantic thing you attach to the edge of a table or something.

The best and most precise I have handles, seen or heard of it the Edge-Pro. Allows for very precise edge settings and once you get minimal experience you can maintain the edge with 1deg precision.
No hand held sharpener,including DMT you linked allows that much.
It's also quite portable. Relatively small bag in a disassembled form.
