Why is my ankle so senstive?
lately sicne i was in acar accident , i can not go without socks/shoes/slippers. any time i not wearing them my ankle is in major pain like someone jams a knife in it. Could it be athritis? or something else. nothing helps the pain but keeping them covered up.
It sounds like some kind of nerve damage. I had a back injury and I had pain from my sciatic nerve which runs all the way to the toes. I had terrible pain in my foot and ankle they were very sensitive. If a sheet even brushed against my foot it hurt really bad. Eventually that went away as I healed though. Hopefully yours will get better too.
