What kind of a diet should I eat if Im training for USMC boot camp?
I am hoping to leave for Parris island A.S.A.P but I cant figure out what I should eat to keep up my energy, help build muscle mass and stay generally healthy. Normally I eat a "Japanese-style" diet consisting of alot of rice and fish, would be sufficient or should I switch things up for a while?
