Dagger Fighting Throwing
What short ranged weapon should I specialize in?

1)staff
2)single handed sword
3)dagger
4)throwing knives
5)nun-chucks
6)Baton
7)Katana

What weapon? if there is a good one i haven't listed recommend it! :)

I have a staff, and a single handed sword, a Katana practice sword, and throwing knives, practice nunchaku

I can use them all to some degree, but I am by no means a master in any of the areas. I am probably the best at sword fighting right now.
lol@practicality. People learn all sorts of things that you can't use in real life situations. that is hardly a standard to go by.

And if I suggested you use a spoon would you use it? You of all people know more about which tool you are more good at than we do so what's the point of asking on the internet? If you're training for a weapons forms competition, then just train with the weapon you are more comfortable with, just make sure you don't go hitting yourself in the head or poking someone's eyes out with it.
