Do you have to know how to swim to become part of the US Army?
I'm planning to join up in the coming year and go for a combat medic (68W). However I was just thinking about this and realized I've never went swimming before. So I'm just curious if knowing how to swim will be requirement to join or if we'll be doing anything in the water during boot camp, thanks.

No but there is a requirement in many units to learn drowning prevention. It's one of the really good training days.
