Are these boots authorized accordiance with AR 670-1?

They are tan, they do not have a zipper...they are made by Bates, which makes Military boots. HOWEVER, it is your Chain of Command that has the final say so, check with them.
My Husbands' former COC would not allow any after market style boots, but his current Unit does.
